Rest assured, all reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and investigated thoroughly. You can report your suspicions confidentially through any of the following reporting channels as follows;

Reporting Information
Allianz carefully reviews and examines all reported submissions and ensures that they remain confidential and that all involved parties are treated equally and fairly. Please be advised that your submitted report can be better investigated if it contains sufficient information, therefore where possible we would ask you to provide as much detail as possible when making your submission. If you do not have access to detailed information, however, this should not prevent you in any way from submitting a report or voicing your concerns. When you submit a report, we will confirm receipt of this within 7 days where you have provided us with relevant contact details. It is useful for our investigations team if you provide your name and/or an e-mail address when submitting a report. This enables us to contact you in the event that we have any follow-up questions, and also to keep you updated on the progress of your report. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, however, we totally respect your decision to do so and can assure you that your concern will still be investigated.
Protection for Whistleblowers
Allianz is dedicated to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation and does not tolerate retaliation in any form against anyone who submits a report in good faith. This remains the case even in cases where an investigation does not confirm the allegations made. Our policies are designed to safeguard your rights and encourage openness.
Our Commitment
By fostering a culture of accountability and transparency, we aim to prevent and address any issues promptly. Your vigilance helps us uphold our values and protect our customers, employees, and partners. All information and reports received will be treated confidentially. We take appropriate steps to make careful use of all information received, and to safeguard the interests of all persons involved. All data provided is processed in accordance with applicable data privacy requirements.
